Dr. Mike Perry is the Co-Founder and CEO of Catalyst Executive Advising & Development. He retired
after over 20 years in the U.S. Army, serving in leadership and clinical roles in medical facilities, academic institutions, executive agencies, and combat units worldwide. His team delivers game-
changing experiences for individuals and teams seeking to lead more effectively.

Mike holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Master of Science Degree in Medical Psychology,
Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown, and Adaptive Leadership Certificate from
Harvard. Mike’s clients include private sector corporations, non-profits, and government agencies.
