Siva Nadarajah is an Executive Project Director of Fluor Corporation’s Mission Solutions business line. He has been assigned since September 2022 to Savannah River Nuclear Solutions as Deputy Vice President, NNSA Capital Projects.

He has 37 years of experience in the delivery of capital projects in the Government sector, as well as Oil & Gas, Mining and Infrastructure industries. His previous Fluor project management leadership roles include at DOE’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve: with the Mining business line for a Copper mining project in South America; and, with the Energy business line for a Polysilicon plant in Washington, as well as two Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Plants in Texas.

Siva has been with Fluor for 26 years. Prior to joining Fluor, he spent 11 years working in the Asia-Pacific region, most of that time with Chiyoda Corporation.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rice University in Houston and a Masters degree in International Construction Management from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and a PMI-certified Project Management Professional.

Siva and his wife Reiko are empty nesters living in North Augusta, SC, with two daughters working in Washington, DC. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and running.
